In the last 5 years FMA INDUSTRIAL(CHILE) S.A has supplied 10 Tire Handler in Ghana and 4 units are currently being manufactured. Since 2010 we have 21 equipment working in the African continent.

The previous month a FMA INDUSTRIAL(CHILE) S.A model TH18G Tyre Handler was supplied to Carajas mine. The equipment was installed on a forklift and has two 360° rotation pads, two hydraulic fall arresters to prevent tyre fall accidents and two hydraulic stabilizers to provide even more safety when handling tyres.

In December, an FMA model CB6500 – SCRB450 cable reel was supplied to Quebrada Blanca mine (TECK).The equipment was installed on a front loader and has a 6.5 meter long arm, a 450 meter cable reel, in order to guide and move electric cables in the mine.

A Dual Reel was supplied to Cerrejon mine in april. The equipment was installed on the front loader and has a 7.0 metre long arm, a 600 metre cable reel, which is used to guide and move electrical cables in the mine. 4 equipment have been supplied.

TH5U and TH13C tyre handlers were supplied to Ghana in February. The TH5U was installed on a crane truck and has a 90° pad rotation and a 40° main body rotation on both sides and a TH13C mounted on a forklift which has two 180° rotation pads, a 40° main body rotation on both sides […]

A TH10UG tyre handler was supplied to Vale Mar Azul in March. The equipment was installed on a forklift and has two 360° rotation pads, two hydraulic  fall arresters to prevent tire fall accidents and two hydraulic stabilizers to provide even more safety when handling tires.
